I have Nothing Ear (1) headphones. Several times I tried to pair it with my Linux laptops. Both had Fedora on them. No success. I mean they were pairing. But as soon as I switched to the headset mode, the sound turned to shit. It was actually better without headphones at all. Recently I've installed the latest Pop!_OS with COSMIC. I have HP Dev One, and it's the OS that actually should run the best. And to my surprise, the headphones work flawlessly. I don't know what fixed it or what the issue was with Fedora. I didn't try really hard to debug it. But from a consumer point of view, I see progress on the Linux side.
