I never wanted or needed a blog. I simply don't have enough time to write proper posts about anything I do. Microblogging has always been more than enough for me. I was on Twitter, then moved to Mastodon. It was convenient to follow people, make notes or leave opinions on something or just vent out.

But recently, about a week ago, something happened that made me reevaluate my vision. I still don't have time to do proper blogging, but I just decided to move away from any kind of a platform. I've just had enough of people's shit.

Thanks to SvelteKit I managed to add this blog relatively easily. My whole website is based on Svelte, so it was the first thing to look into — adding my custom solution rather than using any blogging lib out there, because I simply didn't want to get into the integration mess. I just added some routes, a markdown parser and here it is.

Well, now occasionally I'll be posting here. Feels silly to add a markdown file just to say that Tailwind is shit for example. But I guess that's where I am now. The whole industry is pouring a shitton of resources into AI, so I guess shitposting via markdown files is not the worst.
